Red Velvet Cupcake

The recipe:
2 1/2 cups of cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 oz red coloring
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp baking soda

Cream Cheese recipe:
16oz cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups icing sugar

Method:

Preheat oven at 180 degree celcius. Shift flour and cocoa powder with a bit salt and baking powder, Beat butter and sugar, add eggs gradually. Mix red coloring with the buttermilk. Put in flour follow by buttermilk, alternately. Lastly, mix baking soda to the vinegar and add lastly to the mixture. Bake for 20-30 mins.

Cool on rack before putting cream cheese icing. Happy trying!
